    What countries do you ship to?

    We are shipping worldwide.

    US customers are free of import tax. Other countries will follow their local customs regulations and pay tax according to the value of the shipment.

    Do you offer warranty on products?

    Yes! A 2-year warranty on all machines, machine parts, and hardware. Faulty components will be replaced after a diagnosis from our technician.

    How long does it take an order to be fulfilled and shipped?
    Production & assembly:
    • 2-5 days for non-customized machines.
    • 4-10+ days for customized machines (color, logo, grill).

    • United States mainland 4-9 days
    • Europe 5-10 days
